Q. What are Peach Points and why do I want them?
A. Peach Points are like tickets you can use in a game to purchase virtual items like clothing, armor, furniture, etc. for use within that game. For instance, a game might allow you to buy a new virtual house and charge 1200 Peach Points for it. You would purchase enough Peach Points to cover the cost, then redeem the points in that game in exchange for the house.

Q. How does it work?
A. It's super simple. You purchase some Peach Points here on our web site and instantly receive a special code on screen and in your email. You enter that code in your account for a participating game and you will then have that amount of Peach Points credited to your account in that game. You can use a Peach Points special code once and after that if you need more points just come back here and get more.

Q. Is my payment information secure?
A. We use PayPal as our payment processor, and all payment actions take place on their secure web site, so you're totally safe.

Q. What if I don't have a PayPal account?
A. If you have a credit card you can still use PayPal even without having an account there. When you go to the PayPal payment page, look for the button below the link that says "Don't have a PayPal account?" and click that to pay by credit card.

Q. Why don't you give refunds?
A. We work closely with game companies to ensure a pleasant experience with the Peach Points system. We don't, however, have any control over the overall quality of the virtual items they offer within their games. Once the points are redeemed in the game we can't refund the order, so if you are unhappy with something you've purchased with Peach Points in a game you will need to contact the game support team for a resolution. With that said, if you have a bad experience with a game company that uses Peach Points, please do contact us to let us know and we will do our best to make everyone happy.
